Pastor Pearson joined Kettering in June 2003 as its Assistant Pastor. Pastor Pearson
has been actively involved in ministry since he received his initial call from God
in 1974. Pastor Pearson is a graduate of Grambling State University
with a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice; and MapleSprings Bible College
and Seminary with a Master degree in Biblical Studies.
Currently, he is pursuing further studies at Capital Bible Seminary,
Lanham Maryland. Pastor Pearson has been married to Amelia since 1985 and they have one daughter,
Eboni.

Assistant Pastor

Colin Pugh II was born in Washington D.C. He and his family have been with Kettering since October 2000.
He is currently attending Washington Bible College where he
is pursuing his under graduate in Biblical studies. Minister Pugh is a loving husband to Jeanette and a father to four children, two girls (Lomonica & Jasmine) and two sons (Colin III & Jackson). His favorite scripture is, Philippians 2:5-11

Trevionne Smith is the Pastoral Assistant to Pastor Sterling. She has been a member of Kettering Baptist Church since 1992 where she and her husband, Haydn Sr., and their four children, Haydn Jr., Jaquay, Joshua and Isaiah have been very actively involved in various ministries. She is currently completing Studies in Biblical Studies at Washington Bible College.

Beverly Gaskins is the Administrative Assistant at Kettering Baptist Church. She and her husband, Tyrone, have been married since 1996. They have three daughters, Niaya, Asia, and Aleyna. She has been a member of Kettering since 2003 and is involved in the Children’s Ministry and Awana.
