The Women’s Enrichment Ministry (WEM) is hosting a trip to the Sight & Sound Theatres to see the show Jonah on Thursday, September 21st. The non-refundable full payment of $65 per person will be collected in-person today and on Sunday, June, 4th following each service in Room 104.
Attention parents: School is almost over! Take advantage of our VBS Day Camp for your child(ren) entering the 1st through 7th grades. The Camp will be held Monday - Friday, June 19th - 23rd and June 26th - 30th from 7:30am - 5pm. VBS Training will be held here at Kettering on Saturday, June 10th from 10am – 12noon in Room 173. Additional VBS volunteers are needed in all areas (especially teachers) for both Daytime and Evening VBS. Fingerprinting is required for first-time volunteers. This is our first time celebrating Women’s Day at the Legacy Center. Let’s bless the Lord with our participation by worshipping and singing in the Women’s Day Choir on Sunday, June 11th at the 8am and 11am services. We are asking ladies to wear shades of pink for this event: "Passing a New Way". Women’s Day Choir Rehearsal dates are at 7pm this Tuesday, May 23rd, Thursday, June 1st and Tuesday, June 6th.
Women's Revival - Sisters of Kettering, join us for our Women's Revival on Thursday and Friday, June 8th and 9th at 7pm. Our theme is, "Sisters Being Transformed in Christ as We Pass a New Way", Romans 12:2. Our guest speaker each night will be Chrystal Hurst of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, Dallas, Texas. The 2017 KBC Graduation Recognition Ceremony, to be held on Sunday, June 25th at 11am, is being planned for all KBC students who are graduating from Pre-school through Professional School. Surveys are available in the Fellowship Hall and on the Resource Table in the foyer. The ministry is requesting that all graduates and/or parents complete and return the survey by Sunday, May 28th via email to firstname.lastname@example.org; regular mail; or dropped off at the Church Administrative Office.
Scholarship Applications: The KBC Scholarship Applications for 2017 high school and college students planning to further their education are available today in the Fellowship Hall.
The Praise Dance Ministry will be hosting Praise Dance Night on Sunday, June 4th at 3pm. The theme for this year's program is "Passing A New Way", and will feature guest dance ministries. Please come out and support.
Join us for our church-wide event; “Movies under the Moon" this Friday, May 26th (rain or shine). Tickets are only $10 each (non-refundable) and include: movie, popcorn, hotdog, candy, and drink. Applications are now being accepted for the William Bernarde Gillian Scholarship, sponsored by Paulette and Joseph Gillian. The scholarship in the amount of $500.00 will be awarded at the Kettering Baptist Church Graduation Recognition Program on Sunday, June 25th at the 11am service. Information regarding how to apply is in the Fellowship Hall and on the table in the foyer; all applications must be in no later than Tuesday, June 13th.
Saturday, May 27th has been set aside as “Sanctified Saturday”, a day when all members are strongly encouraged to put aside all Ministry Activities and take the opportunity to spend quality time with their family and friends.

The Grief Ministry will be hosting a “Circle of Comfort” on Thursday, June 1st at 7pm for the Kettering Baptist Church adult family members grieving the loss of a loved one. You are cordially invited to join us where we will highlight the topic: “Challenges of Grief”.
Calling all youth ages 12-17! Join us on Sunday mornings for an exciting and informative class on the topic of Prayer. Come out and celebrate and encourage our children and youth as they share what they’ve learned in Awana at the Closing Ceremony on Wednesday, June 7th at 7pm.
On Wednesday, June 14th at 7pm the Awana Cookout will be held for all students and leaders who participate in Awana.
We are designating Sundays, except 1st Sundays, for June, July, and August as summer casual dress Sundays. We encourage everyone to dress comfortably and respectfully as this is the house of God
